一番怖いパターン。でも冷静に対応すれば大丈夫。

ポイント：返品の場合、日本への返送料が高い（$20〜30）。だから部分返金で解決するのがベスト。AIにも「返送料が高いから部分返金で交渉したい」と伝えれば、それに合った文面を作ってくれる。
AIに返信を頼むときのコツ
AIに丸投げするときのプロンプトのコツを3つ紹介する。
コツ1：状況を具体的に伝える
「英語で返信書いて」だけだと汎用的な文になる。「eBayで日本のポケモングッズを売っていて、アメリカのバイヤーからサイズの質問が来た。商品は〇〇で…」と具体的に伝えると、的確な返信が返ってくる。
コツ2：トーンを指定する
「フレンドリーだけどプロフェッショナルな感じで」と一言添えるだけで、文面の質が変わる。eBayでは堅すぎると冷たい印象になるし、カジュアルすぎると信頼感がなくなる。
コツ3：「new sellerであることを踏まえて」と伝える
新規セラーだと伝えると、AIが「評価を増やすことの重要性」を踏まえた文面（レビューお願いを含むなど）を生成してくれる。
まとめ：英語力ゼロでもeBayはできる
正直、俺の英語力は中学レベル。でもAIがあれば、英語のやり取りは完全に自動化できる。

「英語ができないからeBayは無理」って思ってる人がいたら、それは2024年までの話。2026年はAIがいるから、英語力は副業の壁にならない。
